1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 to sell or transact, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Acceptable use
- No fraud, scams, misrepresentation of dogs or health status, or fake listings.
- No harassment, illegal content, or animal welfare violations.
- Keep communication and payments on-platform; do not solicit off-platform payment.
3. Marketplace
Shiba World is a venue connecting breeders, rescues and buyers. We are not a party to any sale. Listings and breeder claims are the responsibility of the seller. Our verification badge reflects information provided to us and is not a guarantee — buyers must do their own due diligence (see our safety guide).
4. Deposits & payments
Reservation deposits made through the platform are processed by our payment provider. Refund and reservation terms are set between buyer and seller; please agree them in writing before paying. Report any dispute to [email protected].
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, listings, reviews, messages) and grant us a license to host and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
6. Informational content & no veterinary advice
Our guides are for general information and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinarian. Always consult your vet for medical decisions.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiba World is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of users, breeders or buyers.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm users or animals.
